Al Bayda

Al Bayda is a city north of P'athna Oasis and south of the Kingdom fo Tides. It has a Sultan, Basim ibn Baha al Hafiz, who has sided with the Black Sands. This deal is all that keeps the city from being subsumed by the black sands.
